Go

The classic board game Go. The objective is to surround a larger total area of the board with your stones than the opponent.

Set your stone on any intersection of the board to begin the game. Alternate turns with your opponent, setting one stone per turn. Surround your opponent's stones entirely to capture them from the board. Dominate more space than your opponent by the end of the game to win. Use strategy to hinder your opponent's moves while expanding your own territory. Note that stones are immovable once placed, unless captured. Play concludes when both players pass their turns consecutively, indicating no more plays can benefit either side.
